The Berkley Makeover transformed an overgrown xeriscape into a beautiful, functional outdoor space for the family to enjoy. We started by clearing the weeds and sunflowers, then installed natural fusion Olive artificial turf for a lush, Colorado bluegrass look. Composite edging, a flagstone walkway, plant installations, and a tree ring completed the design, bringing new life to this 1950s Berkley home.
