During the onsite consultation, we’ll assess how your vision fits into the space, offering professional advice on how to optimize it. We’ll also take photos and measurements to provide you with a free estimate for your project.
Within 24 hours of your consultation, we’ll provide an estimate to give you an idea of the project cost. If you’re happy with the estimate, we’ll move forward with the design phase.
Once the estimate is approved, we will build you a design for your new outdoor living space. Design is the most important part of this process. This is when we bring your vision to life. Without the design, there is no cohesion, and we want to make sure we’re aligned 100% before starting the project. The design costs $1,500, and if you proceed with the project, we’ll credit $750 towards your final invoice.
Once the design is approved, we’ll finalize contracts and collect a 10% deposit to secure your project’s start date. Our team will keep you updated on the project timeline.
This is where your vision comes to life. We’ll keep you updated daily on the project’s progress, including when materials are delivered. While it's a job site, we pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, organized space at the end of each day.
Our sales team will walk through the job site with you, ensuring every detail aligns with your expectations. We'll make sure the design-to-build process reflects your vision. Once we've completed a thorough clean-up, you can start enjoying your beautiful new outdoor space!
