Bearing simplicity in mind, we've designed pricing packages to streamline the creation of your custom landscape.

Just reach out to True Outdoor Living to request an estimate. Our sales team will visit your home for a complimentary consultation. Following our discussion on your landscaping vision, we will provide you with an estimate within 24 hours. Upon acceptance of the estimate, we will create a design using your plot plan to give you an accurate representation of the package.

Upon signing the contract and providing a 10% deposit, we will schedule a projected start date for you.

Your sales representative will remain in contact with you up until three weeks before the project begins. Then, they will arrange a meeting between you and our landscape manager to ensure a smooth transition of details from sales and design to the execution of the project.

Now that you are collaborating with our landscape manager, they will ensure you are informed about the delivery of all materials and the project's start date. Factors like weather may influence the start date, but our team will keep you updated at every stage.

Once the project is underway, you will receive a daily progress report from your landscape manager throughout the project's duration. After the project is complete, your landscape manager will review the details with you to ensure your total satisfaction with the new landscape.

Lastly, we will request one thing from you: to complete a survey to help us enhance our process.
